Finally, a team-wide attack buff is always a welcome addition to help reach specific damage benchmarks for the entire team. With high base attack and access to up to 70% in attack bonuses and at least 20% Buster Up, Ishtar can dish out Interlude-level NP damage despite her lack of one. Ishtar packs some of the ideal components for a farming Servant. Nonetheless, at her best, Ishtar stands tall as one of the best farming Servants in the game who can still perform very well in the most difficult and challenging encounters. Furthermore, the nature of her skill set may lead her to fail to trigger her Invulnerability at the right time or draw the wrong set of cards to exploit her Mana Burst skill. Still, unlike her main competitors, Ishtar does not possess any special niches to exploit, but takes the straightforward approach of hitting and critting really, really hard. For a cherry on top, Ishtar has a plethora of high value passive skills, and her NP comes with an overcharge effect that buffs her Buster cards before it fires. And last, but not least, her Mana Burst (Gem) is a very low cooldown high damage steroid that activates on the following turn. She can charge up to half her NP bar at her leisure, with a high chance for Invulnerability and/or Invulnerability Pierce. Her Charisma features not only the standard party-wide attack boost, but an additional critical damage component as well. Skill-wise, Ishtar has access to some incredible values. In this guise, Ishtar is a powerful offense-oriented Buster AoE Archer with some unique, at times, chance-based mechanics.
